Update on Upcoming Events in Egypt:

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Gulf region, the Pro Golf Tour is currently reviewing whether the tournaments scheduled to take place in Egypt from 7–14 April 2026 can be held as planned.

The safety and well-being of all players, caddies, officials, and staff remains our highest priority.

At this stage, no final decision has been made. The Pro Golf Tour will make a final decision before the entry deadline on 19 March 2026 and will inform all players immediately once this decision has been taken.

We appreciate your understanding and patience while this evaluation is ongoing.

The April tournaments (7–9 April 2026 and 12–14 April 2026) will be relocated from Cairo to Ain Sokhna, provided that the regional conditions allow the events to take place safely.

Maiden win for Englishman Max Orrin in Egypt

Egypt:

Max Orrin submitted his business card to the professional camp in an impressive manner: the Englishman switched from the amateurs to the division of tour players only last September. Now he celebrated his first victory there. The 19-year-old prevailed at the Red Sea Ain Sokhna Classic in Egypt with a total 17 under par and after three scoring rounds (65, 68, 66) he had a six stroke lead over the defending champion and runner-up, Antoine Schwartz from France (69, 71, 65/-11).
